Postage will be by Royal Mail or Parcel Force for larger orders, but we reserve the right to choose a carrier to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.
We will endeavour to dispatch your items within three working day or sooner if possible.

We use PayPal as our secure payment provider which offers the facility to order securely on line using credit/debit cards or via your paypal account. Alternatively you can send a cheque or postal order. Please note: Cheques can take between five and seven working days to clear.

Problems with products
If in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your purchase parka print will always endeavour to reach a satisfactory conclusion with the buyer. Please contact us within three days of receiving your purchase.
All return postage (if necessary) is incurred by the buyer.
A certificate of postage is gained for all items posted. In the unusual event of a late, damaged or lost item a refund will only be issued once compensation has been obtained by the Royal Mail/Courier Service.
